You've probably gathered by now that getting up early isn't big on my agenda, but get up early I must for Fakenham Maker's Market! The journey by bus is so beautiful though, riding down winding country lanes and seeing plenty of wildlife along the way.
Fakenham itself is a quaint little market town, and the setting for the Fakenham Makers Market is a gorgeous stone Parish Church, with beautiful stain glass windows. I said hi to Deb and Keith who run the event, before hurrying over to my table to set up!
I brought along my entire Spring 2015 Heart of The Ocean collection which seemed to go down a treat with the Fakenham folk! I was really glad to see such an array of wonderful crafts too- everything from print to metalwork was available. There was also a little cafe run by the church which sold tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and sandwiches too.
Was so glad I went along despite the long bus ride, everyone was humble and friendly. I also saw one of my fans- Linds- who was singing in the church (and an awesome voice she has too!) She came and swiped up one of the Huge Seagull Necklaces for her birthday! She already had one of our Peacock Butterefly Necklaces on. Happy Birthday Linds, I hope you had a fabulous day!
