Yes, yes, we all know it's Friday the 13th. Unlucky for some, but not for me! My second My Little Box came, and this time I was loving the super hero theme!
Love all the pop colours, and was surprised to see an item of clothing in my box this time round. I unravelled it to find a totally awesome t-shirt by Gat Rimon. Sadly it only came in one size, which is always too big for me, but nice to lounge around the house in. The fabric is super soft too and 100% cotton. (Gat Rimon T-shirt worth £29 from www.gatrimon.com)
Next I decided to venture into the myserious pouch of cosmetics, Love the cute little bows on the pouch this time round!
First up was a company I hadn't heard of before ( but then again I'm not very cosmetics savvy) called Caudalie. They'd dropped in a tube of their best selling Hand and Nail Cream (worth £12). Loaded with grape-seed oil, organic fair trade shea butter, avocado and olive oil.
The backs of my hands tend to get very dry when the weather is cold so this will be useful for me up until the summer months!
There was also a bottle of conditioner by Kerastase (worth £20 for 200ml), another nice little staple product for me to use on a daily basis.
The last product was a double whammy- doubling up as a blusher and a lipstick too. I normally wear black eyeshadow, red lips and have very pale skin, so this ought to make me look like less of a goth, and more of a femme fatale! (Lips & Cheek Pencil worth £10.50 from mylittlecorner.fr)
KAPOW! Stickers! Stickers to put all over my diary and spreadsheets so they don't look boring. I love the little Gat Rimon kitty mask, oh how I wish I could secretly be cat woman... (Stickers worth £4 from www.mylittlecorner.com)
And finally a fab magazine for me to flick through on my lunch breaks- full of fun, quirky outfits and super bright pop colours. At the back it even had recipes for Pineapple cupcakes and POW cookies. Mmmm!
