It was a bit of a crisp morning when I woke up, but I packed my bags and decided to walk to Norwich Makers Market. I always love the walk- down through the Golden Triangle, where Norwich almost feels like a little villiage- past fallen leaves and bushes with berries on.
I always get super excited about the Norwich Makers Market, especially the winter events. Every year the buzz of Christmas shoppers and the smell of gingerbread fill the Hall of St. Thomas' Church on Earlham Road. his year, crafters were busy before the doors had officially opened!
It was so lovely to see some regular PinPinFinds customers buying stocking fillers and other gifts for their friends and family. VIPs who had signed up to our newsletter also got a goody bag with candycane and a christmas decoration in too!
Amongst the jewellery we brought we stocked our beautiful new Winter Rose Collection, all inspired by vintage roses, and wonderfully versatile. I'm going to be wearing mine for a Christmas party with my Little Black Dress!
Whilst there, I bumped into Ella Goodwin, who does the most gorgeous illustrations on cats and other animals...
...and Francis from Aforetime who makes quirky animal jewellery using old vintage toys and upcycled jewellery...
....I also grabbed a delicious blondie from Kayleigh at Deerly Beloved Bakery, who make gluten-free vegan cake and savories.
I then stopped to say hello to Chiff and Zoe from Chiffy's Custom Paintings- Chiff uses spraypaint to capture some rather iconic characters- from Frank Sinatra to Darth Vader!
What a lovely fair. It was sad to see Rosie ho had set up the fair originally, leave. Ella Goodwin is now taking over the fair with lots of great ideas for the future, I can't wait! After six hours of crafting though, I was well and truly shattered, and went home for a nap and a round of beans on toast. Excellent day!
